About the Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in St. Cloud, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide services to students across general education, resource, and specialized programming, supporting a wide range of communication needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives
  • Provide engaging individual and small‑group therapy sessions using evidence‑based intervention strategies
  • Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for student programming
  • Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other speech‑language needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student confidence and participation
  • Collaborate regularly with school staff to ensure continuity of services and student success

Qualifications
