About the Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring a motivated Speech‑Language Pathologist to support a school team in White Bear Lake, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll become part of a welcoming educational community that values collaboration, creativity, and student‑centered care.

In this role, you'll work with students across a variety of educational settings, providing individualized speech and language services that promote communication, confidence, and classroom success. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you'll have access to ongoing support and resources to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals and educational progress
  • Deliver engaging individual and small‑group speech‑language therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, AAC, and other communication needs
  • Utilize evidence‑based practices to create meaningful and functional therapy experiences
  • Build positive relationships that encourage student participation, independence, and success
