Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Wyoming, PA. You will evaluate students and provide therapy services according to each plan of care and the physician's orders.

The position is full-time with 35 hours per week and pay at $60 per hour. Active PA licensure is required; CCC-SLP is preferred; CPR and health documentation may be required.

Competenze

• Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in Pennsylvania.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable; TB questionnaire or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
