Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Scott Township, PA. This contract, part-time role involves evaluating students and delivering therapy in accordance with individualized plans and physician orders.

The position requires active PA SLP licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract. CPR current; health certificates as required. Pay is $65 per hour with about 15 hours per week.

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
