Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract - full-time role in the Lake Stevens, WA area. The position offers an hourly pay of $62 with a 37.00 hour work week and is school-based.

The SLP will evaluate students and deliver therapy services, documenting care as per the plan of care and physician orders. Eligibility criteria include active licensure in the state and CCC-SLP requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract/state regulation.

School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Setting: Schools, Job Type: Contract - Full Time, Pay: $62 / Hour, Hours: 37.00, Location: Lake Stevens, WA

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
