Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services. You will perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy in accordance with each plan of care and the physician's orders.

Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment is required; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state or contract. You will follow professional standards, complete health screenings as applicable, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Active SLP Licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
