Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy within a Low Incidence Program at an educational center in Pennsylvania. The role offers a flexible 3-4 day per week schedule in a school setting.

You will develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, perform assessments, and document progress. A state license and CCC from ASHA are required, with school experience preferred, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license for the state.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
• School-based experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with students with varied disabilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in the Low Incidence Program.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support progress.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments, prepare evaluation reports, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress.
• Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers as needed.
