Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a three-building, walkable campus from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM. The role covers grades 3–12, with a balanced mix of direct therapy and consultative services across three buildings.

You will assess students, develop intervention plans, monitor IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Develop and monitor IEPs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

Step into a dynamic school-based setting where you can make a real difference supporting students from 3rd grade through 12th grade. This full-time contract opportunity offers a collaborative environment across three buildings, all conveniently located within walking distance on a single campus. Youll be serving approximately 44 students, with a mix of direct therapy and consultative services, allowing you to engage and support a diverse caseload.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in school-based settings, especially working with elementary through high school students, is strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and monitoring IEPs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services for students across three buildings
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative support to students and teachers, tailored to individual needs and goals
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with instructional staff, families, and other service providers to ensure holistic student support
