Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rewarding fall contract to support student communication growth. The 10-week assignment begins September 1, serving PreK–12 with a manageable caseload and a collaborative school team.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, SLP-CCC certification (or eligible), and state licensure for school-based practice. Experience with PreK–12 is preferred; 37.5-hour weeks offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of ~40 students.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to achieve goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with guidelines.
• Adjust and tailor interventions for students from preschool through high school.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice as an SLP
• Experience with PreK-12th grade student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
• Ability to adapt communication approaches for varying developmental levels
• Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEP)

• Provide support and consultation for staff regarding students communication needsAdjust and tailor interventions for students ranging from preschoolers through high school seniors
