Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. in Geneva, OH is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication needs. You will perform assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to help students improve their communication skills and participate in classroom instruction.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized IEP goals and monitor progress, ensuring services align with educational objectives and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in communication disorders recognized by ASHA.
• ASHA CCCs or CF credential.
• State SLP license or license in process.
• Teaching certificate, or ability to obtain (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students.
• Develop IEP goals and objectives based on evaluations.
• Monitor progress and collect data to guide therapy.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
