Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a local contract School Speech Language Pathologist for the Monroe, Michigan school setting. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned goals, and deliver therapy to students under the local contract terms.

This 37.5-hour week role runs 13 weeks with an ASAP start. Candidates must hold a MI SLP license and a Master’s degree, and be comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and MET/IEP processes to support student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current MI SLP License.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy per IEP goals.
• Prepare written reporting with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers and families on communication strategies.
• Maintain documentation per district/state guidelines.
