Qualifications

• Knowledge of TEA guidelines and ARD processes.

Responsibilities

• Review IEPs and ensure 100% implementation of therapy services.
• Create IEPs aligned to instructional goals with collaboration of parents and educators.
• Monitor therapy progress and update goals; request testing when needed.
• Ensure ARD compliance by reviewing rosters and due dates weekly.
• Schedule and coordinate ARDs and ARD documents with relevant professionals.
• Update IEPs and Present Levels of Academic Achievement as students progress.
• Complete Speech and Language Initials and Re-Evaluations within TEA timeframes.
• Prepare progress reports quarterly and maintain therapy and ARD logs.
