Qualifications

• Experience in school-based or pediatric environments.
• Familiarity with IEP development, special education compliance, and collaborative service delivery models.
• Experience working with at-risk student populations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and teams to plan daily service schedules and IEP meetings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to assessment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language goals aligned with IEPs.
• Provide specially designed instruction to meet communication needs via various service models.
• Document service delivery and progress notes in accordance with guidelines.
• Consult with teachers and families to support carryover of communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
