Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience serving school-aged children.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services based on students' individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and update therapy goals and strategies tailored to each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.
• Document services, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Support inclusive learning environments and foster student confidence in communication.
