Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Kansas is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work on-site at two welcoming school locations. This contract role offers flexible scheduling to fit part-time or full-time goals and availability.

Deliver therapy to middle and high school students, perform assessments, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring progress toward communication goals.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates welcome
• Experience providing SLP services in school settings is desirable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services to middle and high school students to support speech, language, voice, and fluency goals
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other staff to support academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with development and implementation of IEP goals
• Provide ongoing communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for generalization
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policy and legal requirements
