ProCare Therapy in Kansas invites a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to work three days per week near Eskridge.

You will provide essential speech-language services, conduct assessments, and document progress while collaborating with teachers, families, and other educators to support student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Kansas.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in school settings strongly desired.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with students, families, and educators.
• Proficient in evaluating and developing IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy services to students.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and document student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Design and implement specialized interventions tailored to individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student support.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into the educational setting.
• Engage families by providing support, guidance, and resources to help students meet their communication goals.
