Role:

School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - a therapy professional providing speech and language services in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings, monitor and document student progress, and train staff and teachers on integrating therapy goals into the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid state license, and preferred ASHA Certification. Experience in school, early childhood, or pediatrics settings, strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
