Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8 students in a Cicero, IL area school district for the 2025-2026 year.

The role offers a 3-4 day per week schedule with a contract-to-hire path, allowing you to grow professionally in a collaborative educational setting and potentially transition to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP license and ASHA CCC are required.
• Experience with K-8 populations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with various communication disorders.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress for compliance.
• Deliver therapy services through individual and group sessions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with K-8 student populations a plus

• Organization and flexibility to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels
