Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct assessment and therapy in a private school setting, serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and general education peers. Caseloads are intentionally capped at 15-20 to ensure individualized support and meaningful outcomes.

You will supervise an SLPA, develop and update treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA CCC.
• Experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting.
• Ability to supervise SLPA and provide mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assessment and therapy services to a diverse student caseload (15-20).
• Create and revise speech-language treatment plans tailored to each student.
• Supervise and support the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor student progress.
• Contribute to IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress discussions as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to support best practices.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
