Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Minnesota SLP license (or the ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and school-aged children.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs is a plus.
• Flexibility and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations.
• Identifying students' needs and developing tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and classroom staff.
• Writing comprehensive progress notes, IEP documentation, and reports.
• Engaging families in the therapy process for optimal student outcomes.
• Supporting students in both individual and group settings.
• Creating engaging, therapeutic activities and tracking student progress.
