Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a vibrant educational community. Three contract positions are available, offering you the chance to make an impact across multiple schools. Classroom settings are onsite, ensuring hands-on collaboration with students and faculty.

Your expertise will support a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, focusing on helping learners achieve their communication goals. Each position offers a unique schedule: full-time at Pinson Valley High School; a split assignment between McAdory Elementary and McCalla Elementary; or a combined position at Hueytown Middle School and Lipscomb Elementary. Hours average 37.5 weekly, aligning with the academic year from August 4th, 2026, to May 27th, 2027.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active SLP certification in Alabama and SLP Educator Certification
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a moderate-sized student caseload
• Fingerprinting and certification verification (see state certification website for details)
• Motivated to create inclusive, supportive classroom environments
