Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an SLP/CF/SLPA to support K-8 students across two school sites near Belle Plaine, MN. The contract runs 30–32 hours per week with a Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday option, from start date through June 6, 2025, with potential renewal for the next school year.

Responsibilities include delivering speech-language services, collaborating with teachers and families, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress. On-site and teletherapy sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA (or eligibility).
• Experience with K-8th caseloads preferred.
• Skills in delivering services in school-based, teletherapy, and/or healthcare environments.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to a diverse caseload of K-8th students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student growth.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately document student progress and interventions.
• Engage in both on-site and possible teletherapy sessions, depending on student needs.

With a commitment of 30-32 hours per week, youll work four days per weekchoose between a Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday schedule to best match your preferences. The assignment runs from as soon as youre available through June 6, 2025, with no summer hours required and the potential for renewal for the following school year.

Your expertise as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA can make a difference hereboth licensed clinicians and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome. Theres also scope for those with healthcare and teletherapy experience to thrive in this setting.
