Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students across multiple campuses in Connecticut. This full-time role runs ASAP through June 2027 and offers 35–37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

You will collaborate with supervising SLPs and special education teams, implementing treatment plans, providing direct and indirect therapy, and assisting with assessments.

Qualifications

  • Active SLPA license in CT (or eligible).
  • Experience in school settings, ideally K-12.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt and organize materials for varying student needs.
  • Reliable and flexible with shifting caseloads and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students.
  • Support teachers and staff in facilitating communication strategies.
