Care Options for Kids is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide coordinated speech therapy under supervision in a school-based setting. The role focuses on pediatric patients and requires collaboration with the supervising SLP and school staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders and an active Idaho state license, with reliable transportation to support on-site visits.

• $40-$45/hour

Position Summary: The position of a Speech Language Pathologist – Assistant provides coordinated speech therapy to patients of all age groups under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.

Experience/Requirements:

• Pediatric focus and/or School-Based experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.
• Knowledge of therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
• Excellent communication – verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsive to requests.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.

Education/License/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Current Active State License to practice Speech Therapy in ID
