Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring under supervision by a licensed SLP.

You will deliver direct therapy, document progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and help organize materials and scheduling in accordance with school policies, with a focus on student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Completion of an approved SLPA training program preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising SLP in delivering direct speech and language therapy to individual students and small groups.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and observations, following confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with the SLP, teachers, and other service providers to support students’ communication goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions and manage student records per school regulations.
