Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite role near Anoka, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. CF candidates are encouraged and will receive mentorship.

You will provide direct and consultative SLP services to K-12 students, develop IEPs, evaluate disorders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota SLP license (PDF copy required).
  • CCC certification preferred; open to strong CFs with supervision arrangements.
  • School-based experience is beneficial but not required for CFs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to K-12 students based on IEP goals.
  • Evaluate, screen, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports for caseload.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student outcomes.

Job description

Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing speech and language services in a supportive school environment. A contract opportunity is available for a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Anoka, MN, for the 2026-2027 school year. Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the assignment.

Candidates must submit a current resume and a PDF of their Minnesota SLP license to be considered.

This position runs from approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with students starting September 8. Work 37.5 hours per week and gain valuable experience within a dedicated educational community.

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.13 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (PDF copy required upon application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong CFs with supervision arrangements
  • Previous school-based experience as an SLP is beneficial, but not required for Clinical Fellows
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
