Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a K-12 setting on a full-time, on-site contract. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language disorders while collaborating with teachers and families to support student progress.

The role offers a highly competitive hourly range of $45–$55+ based on experience and qualifications, with a strong emphasis on building positive relationships within the school community and across grade levels.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP is required.
  • Experience delivering SLP services in educational settings (K-12 preferred).
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth.
  • Maintain detailed records and track progress to inform future interventions.
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support documentation as required.
