Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Oregon invites a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a contract role serving an early childhood caseload within a dynamic EI program near Albany. This full-time position (40 hours weekly) begins August 2026 and supports the 2026-27 school year, offering meaningful clinical collaboration and professional growth.

You will deliver targeted services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and educators while traveling between school sites

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience with early intervention/early childhood strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
  • Comfort with itinerant travel between school sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted speech and language services to children in early intervention settings

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and educators
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards
