Job summary

ProCare Therapy is hiring two full-time SLP contract roles to support early intervention services for children birth to 5 in the Salem area, Polk and Yamhill counties. Positions run from July 6, 2026 to June 11, 2027 and August 21, 2026 to June 9, 2027, each for 190 days, in-person across multiple sites.

Roles emphasize collaboration with educators and families, development of IFSPs/IEPs, and ongoing progress documentation to maximize growth in early communication milestones.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an SLP; school certification preferred.
  • Pediatric or school-based experience valued.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and communication milestones.
  • Interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop IFSPs/IEPs and document progress.
  • Advocacy and family support focus; reliable itinerant transportation.

Responsibilities

Job description

Step into a rewarding and impactful role supporting young learners in their communication development. This full-time contract opportunity offers two unique assignments working with children in early intervention settings, both focused on maximizing growth and potential.

Youll work in person with children aged birth to 3 years old from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027, under a 190-day contract. A second opening serves children ages 3 to 5, spanning August 21, 2026, to June 9, 2027, also in a 190-day role. Service locations include the Salem area, as well as Polk and Yamhill counties. Both positions provide the chance to create meaningful progress for young children and collaborate with dedicated education professionals.
