Job summary

Cross Country Education is currently seeking a local contract School Speech-Language Pathologist to serve Culver City, California. The role involves 40 hours per week across a 41-week contract, with a shift of 8 hours daily.

You will conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, provide direct therapy, supervise SLPAs, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California Speech-Language Pathology License (CA-SLP).
• Must be qualified to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward communication goals.
• Supervise and provide guidance to SLPAs in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
