Help students find their voice and thrive in the classroom! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide speech-language services to K–12 students in Fairfield, CA, during the 2026–2027 academic year.

Position Overview

• Provide on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement IEP goals to support student success.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility to support school site assignments based on district and student needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
• Prior school-based experience preferred, with the ability to independently manage a school-based caseload across multiple grade levels
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
