Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services for K–12 students in Fairfield, CA during the 2026–2027 academic year. The role supports evaluations, IEP goals, and collaboration with educators to promote student communication outcomes.

The position offers a 37.5–hour school calendar, a Local Contract duration of 41 weeks, 40 hours per week, and a competitive pay structure with weekly pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP).
• Prior school-based experience preferred; ability to manage a school-based caseload across multiple grades.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret results, and develop IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals and monitor progress.
