Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Hudson, FL school to hire an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a 35-hours-per-week school-year contract, supporting K-8 students. Interviews are being scheduled now.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy, and assist with Medicaid billing as applicable. Competitive benefits and direct deposit payment are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Florida DOH license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
