Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support K-12 students in Cusseta, GA for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract role offers 25 hours per week, a small caseload, and competitive pay dependent on experience.

Work includes collaboration with educators, parents, and specialists to identify and address speech and language needs. Qualified candidates hold a master's in SLP, GA licensure, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• GA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Complete GACE Ethics course.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse professional team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

Position Overview

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
