Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support pre-K–12 students in the Little Rock area. This contract role runs through May 21, 2027, with 25 hours per week and a guaranteed caseload of 45 students or less (Pre-K).

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and support professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• AR state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
