Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join the team in Little Rock, AR for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract position offers 25 hours per week and a starting pay of $35+ per hour, depending on experience.

You will assess and treat students, collaborate with educators, and participate in IEP meetings, with guaranteed hours and direct deposit. AR licensure and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• AR state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.

This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
