Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
• ISBE School Social Worker endorsement required.
• Safety Care certification within 3 months of starting.
• Minimum of five years in teaching/leadership roles.
• Experience using student data to drive intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans; implement evidence-based supports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families; coordinate services with community agencies.
• Lead MTSS teams to support attendance, social-emotional growth, and behavior.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure ISBE and IEP compliance.
