East Allegheny School District in North Versailles, PA, seeks a School Social Worker to support student success within a school-based behavioral health team. The role focuses on addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs through individual, group, and family interventions.

The position involves crisis intervention, collaboration with educators and families, IEP participation, and linkages to community resources.

Competenze

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
Active Pennsylvania Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or eligibility for licensure.
Eligible for Pennsylvania PDE School Social Worker Certification.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary school team.

Mansioni

Provide individual, group, and family-based interventions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Support students through crisis intervention and risk assessments.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community partners.
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Assist students and families in accessing community resources and support services.
