Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a graduate program.
• Completion of an approved MSW program.
• Minimum 500-clock-hour supervised practicum completed during the MSW and for school social worker approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students and families.
• Consult with students, families, and staff on social, emotional, and behavioral status.
• Implement school social work services within MTSS multi-tiered framework.
• Provide behavior intervention coaching to students, parents, and staff.
• Coordinate with schools, families, and community agencies to support positive outcomes.
• Develop functional behavior assessments and plans to facilitate learning and socialization.
