Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Brighton, MI is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role includes a targeted preschool caseload across two buildings, with push-in therapy, private offices, and collaboration with teachers.

You will provide direct and indirect services, participate in IEP/504 meetings, lead social-emotional groups, implement BIPs and FBAs, and connect families with community resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Michigan School Social Work Certification is required.
• Preschool experience is strongly preferred and school-based experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Brighton, MI. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year. Caseload and Environment:

• Targeted Caseload: Preschool-aged students across two buildings.
• Focus: Supporting learners across a variety of needs/programs - including general education, special education, and GSRP classrooms. Services will primarily be push in, as you will be leading social emotional groups and lessons within the classrooms.
• Dedicated Space: You will have a private, dedicated office space in each building to conduct sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Salary: $57,500 - $70,000 salary (paid weekly) based on experience and qualifications
