AnthroMed Education in Wayne, MI is seeking a School Social Worker to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role supports elementary students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs, in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

You will provide direct and indirect services, push into classrooms for therapy, participate in IEP/504 meetings, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote student success and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Michigan School Social Work Certification (Required)
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.
• Push in to classrooms to provide therapy while supporting and collaborating with teachers.

AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Wayne, MI. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year. Caseload and Environment:

• Targeted Caseload:Elementary-aged students across one building.
• Focus:Supporting students across a variety of needs/programs - including general education and self-contained classrooms.
• Dedicated Space:You will have a private, dedicated office space in each building to conduct sessions and meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:$57,500 - $75,000 salary based on experience and qualifications (paid weekly)
