Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Social Worker to serve elementary students in a Maple Park area school. This contract position runs ASAP through November 4, 2026, onsite full-time, with potential extension.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and external agencies to support growth, well-being, and resilience, delivering counseling and targeted programs.

The role offers a consistent schedule (8:00 AM–3:35 PM), competitive hourly compensation, and benefits.

Job description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving elementary students as a School Social Worker near the Maple Park area. This pivotal position is set to start as soon as possible, continuing through November 4th, 2026, with potential for extension. You’ll provide critical support within a K-5 setting, working exclusively onsite to foster growth, well-being, and resilience among young learners.

What we’re looking for:

• Hold a valid IL School Social Worker (SSW) license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Prior experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and external agencies
• Strong communication, problem solving, and advocacy skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct support and interventions to at-risk students, including counseling and crisis response
