Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement as required by state.
• Possible requirement of MSW or LCSW per state regulations.
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice required.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray needed if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide social work interventions and support in the school setting.
