Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in South Redford, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time role dedicated to supporting general education elementary students with strong collaboration across a building-based team.

You will provide direct and indirect services, push-in to classrooms for therapy, and work with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize student safety and success.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program.
• Michigan School Social Work Certification required.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.

About the Opportunity:

AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in South Redford, MI. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year. As a School Social Worker with AnthroMed, you’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team that values student success, personal growth, and professional development. Caseload and Environment:

• Targeted Caseload: General education elementary-aged students across one building.
• Focus: Supporting general education students and 504 plans. There is a full-time SSW in the building supporting the special education caseload that you will collaborate with.
• Dedicated Space: You will have a private, dedicated office space to conduct sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Salary: $60,000 - $78,000 salary based on experience and qualifications (paid weekly)
