Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• PA license as LSW/LCSW or equivalent is required.
• PA School Social Worker PK-12 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Conduct assessments of social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and staff to support goals.
• Consult with parents/guardians for guidance and support.
• Coordinate with community agencies for resources.
• Participate in IEP development for students with special needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of services and communications.
• Ensure SBAP and PDE compliance and proper Medicaid billing.
