Job summary

Muskegon Public Schools seeks a School Social Worker to support students and families within our district. Requires a Master’s Degree in social work from an MDE-approved program and supervised practicum; temporary or full MDE approval is acceptable for the posting period.

Starting salary range mirrors district scales: $53,887 to $78,454 with full benefits, including medical/dental/vision and Michigan ORS retirement. The position reports to the Director of Specialized Instruction.

Requirements:

Preferred:

• Direct experience providing services to at-risk urban students and families.
• Experienced in community networking and collaborative work.
