Elementary School Social Worker

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Grade Levels: K-5

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Contract Dates: 2025-2026 School Year

Hours: 8:30am-3:40pm daily

About The Role

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to serve two elementary schools in Bolingbrook, IL for the 2025-2026 school year. This role will be split across two sites—2 days per week at one location and 3 days at the other—supporting a range of students in both general and special education settings. The role offers a collaborative team environment, access to your own dedicated office space, and manageable caseload responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual social-emotional support and interventions
• At the first location, focus primarily on SEL group facilitation and light caseload support (heavier cases are managed by the full-time SW assigned to multi-needs classrooms)
• At the second location, serve a mix of program students (including those with Autism) and special education students with social work minutes
• Collaborate with a team of social workers and school staff
• Contribute to IEP development and participate in MTSS processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  
  

Compensation

• $50,000-$68,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
