Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective social work services to support students, including classroom support.
2. Assist with screening students.
3. Deliver strong and effective social work services and support.
4. Implement emotional support strategies for students.
5. Establish strong, healthy relationships with students and parents/guardians.
6. Educate parents/guardians on intervention strategies.
7. Connect students and families with community mental health organizations when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Master's Degree in Social Work.
2. Must possess S310 form—approval to work in MI schools.
3. Previous school social work experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full salary paid weekly, ranging from $55,000–$75,000, based on experience.
