Job summary

Birch Agency is seeking a School Social Worker for a high school in Batavia, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract covers Oct 19, 2026 through Winter Break and requires immediate start.

You will provide individual and group counseling, complete social-emotional assessments, collaborate with educators and support staff, participate in IEP and MDT meetings, and help students access community resources.

Qualifications

• PEL license with School Social Worker endorsement in Illinois.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff.
