POSITION: Peirce / Dallin Elementary School Social Worker
This position will focus on supporting the social, emotional, and mental health and well-being of all students, including those in special education, with an emphasis on implementing and advocating for culturally responsive and culturally and linguistically sustaining practices that recognize and honor students' diverse identities, experiences, and communication styles.

Salary and Benefits are aligned with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Arlington School Committee and the Arlington Education Association.
The Salary Schedule is available on our website. Salary placement depends on Education and Experience.
Arlington offers a comprehensive new teacher induction program with mentoring throughout the school year. The first official workday for the 2025-2026 school year is August 27, 2025. New staff are required to attend several orientation and training days during the last two weeks of August.
